Paxi delivery service

We had goods sent via paxi on the 2/12 from pep brackenfell it was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 8 working days , we have been to the shop on numerous occasions ,today being the 15 the we went again the systems shows it is there ,but it is not on the shop,we asked the manager to follow it up telephonically ,but he says he can't this is pathetic service,I will only be using Post net in the future as they are the best
