PAXI courier for pep useless

Parcel was sent from Darling in the cape to Margate kzn. PAXI :) Parcel D ********** 25836 dropped at P0333 PEP DARLING.To:P0461 PEP MARGATE MARINE DRIVE.On:2018-12-14. ********** 294 or www.paxi.co.za I went to my local pep, as it showed the parcel was there when I did online tracking. They said I must wit for a sms with a code or password. From 14 December to 14 January no sms yet.
