Paxi courier at pep TERRIBLE SERVICE

Dont use PAXI COURIER AT PEP. They dont keep to their stipulated time frame The call center agents are clueless. No one knows where my parcel is. Im livid. Ive been on the phone with the call center agents from 8am. Imagine my airtime. Ive never had this issue with any other courier service EVER!
