Paxi Collection services pathetic

P8401 Ladysmith keat street employees are forever complaining about network when we collecting our parcels can PEP Head office please sort out customer service in that shop. I cant collect my parcel tha arrived a day ago, do we have to drive to town everyday to be turned away.
