Paxi

On Tuesday 16 Feb 2021, I went to Pep store in Mbombela to send a parcel. I got an sms of confirmation and arrival. However, it arrived at wrong destination. I went back to the store and they gave me the number of Paxi to call. I was told there is nothing they could do. The parcel has to stay for 14 days then it will be returned to the original store. No accountability, no apology and just wait for 14 days. They don't even care about urgency of the parcel. Paxi and Pep store doesn't want to take responsibility. This is a useless courier service I ever used. I will never use it again. I wish that they know but don't have their email address
