PAXI

I went to PEP store in Lakeside the one next to Sheet street to send via PAXI, I was then askes by the cashier Linda what was in the parcel. I then confirmed to her that it was African medication that was bubble wrapped and there is no way that it could get damaged.

She then said to me that you only allowed to send clothes via PAXI and nothing else. What's surprising is that the terms clearly state that you are not allowed to send alcohol and/ or tobacco products, or any ******* items.

I then decided go to the next PEP store around the corner where Carly and her team assisted me gladly so and told me the terms and conditions.

What upsets me is the misinformation and think that customers do not read up on the terms and conditions of a certain offer. I had to waste time and go to another outlet because of incompetence.
