Paxi - Bad Delivery Service

I send a parcel from Pep Home Kalahari Mall on the 26th June at 14H51 with the 3- 5 day turn around time. After an email on the 4th July and an email back to say the query will be escalated and after numerous calls from me and from the store the parcel still did not arrive at its destination. I was promised that the parcel would have arrived at its destination last week..and it is already a week later. I wont recommend this service at all. I am very disappointed!
