Paxi at PEP Cell midrand

I had a very bad experience at Pepcell Boulders shopping center, went there today the 21 September 2020 and a lady by the name of Tsibi was to assist me when she asked which option of Paxi I want to do, I asked a her to give me a second to find out, instead of also me politely to move aside, she said “ok move to the other side so I can help people who knows what they want”. I did as instructed. Then the lady by the name of Madikana came to the machine where I was instructed to wait, my wife was so excited to see her hoping she will continue helping us instead she said to my wife “your brother here is a problem, He doesn’t know what he wants. Same time she told me to move because she wants to help other customers. I went there to spend my money but I was treated like I’m there to beg for service, there’s a lot of shipping facilities where I’m based but always went to pep because of the great service. The ladies just changed my mind, I will never set my foot at Pep again, disgusting service.
