Paxi and pep service is very bad

Please fix your PAXI service. I sent a parcel from your store to another pep store and it’s now almost a month later and my parcel is no where to be found. Am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. This is not on, you and your PAXI you advertise 7-9 business days delivery services and month later am still waiting and I have to do all the follow ups its wrong.
