PAXI and PEP is *******!

I sent a parcel via PAXI from Kempton Park to Lutzville. The contents of the parcel was empty brass bullet cases (please note this is an UNREGULATED item) - I have been sending bullet cases all over SA for the past 7 years through Postnet and Courier Guy without any problems. PEP Cavendish then decided that the contents is suspicious and upon PAXI's recommendation phoned the SAPS to collect from the store - please note that PAXI never even touched this parcel. I then had to go collect the cases from SAPS who then also confirmed it is unregulated and can be shipped without permit etc. I went back to PEP and now I can not get a R130 refund as in their opinion and PAXI's opinion it is dangerous gun parts. PAXI never delivered any service yet nor they nor PEP is willing to refund or alternatively deliver the parcel to the client - extremely poor service and nobody should be using PAXI or even buy from PEP as they are *******
