PAXI ALWEAYS OFF LINE

Every time I go and do a PAXI at the Promenade in Mitchell's plain which has 5 or 6 different stores, they are happy to sell the bag but when you want to send your PAXI bag then they are not available, ALWAYS OFF LINE - THEN YOU WALK the entire mall and everyone is off line everyday? PEP CELL is the worst- SHOE CITY takes PAXI bags but they say the courier takes one week to collect. yet we tell our clients 7 - 9 working days. This is not acceptable
