Paxi

I have sent my parcels via paxi at Pep stores in Bellville Middestad mall on the 28 August 2025, (3-5 days courier), the latest the parcels should arrive was th 04 September 2025, till today there is nothing. I went to the store on the 06 september and i was welcomed by a very very rude shop assistant who has told me it not their fault as the store and she refused to confirm her name. I have called Pep customer service ( ref no of the call: csa001c1M Lerato), still she couldn't assist me, she did confirm that my parcels will be delivered at the destination on that same day, and guess what? Only 1 parcel arrived. Where is the other 4? I'm very very dissapointed with pep. They don't want to take accountability of the matter.
