Pathetic stock control and planning

<p>We went to PEPs to buy short school pants for my sons.</p> <p> </p> <p>PEP did not have any in stock to fit either of my sons; at any of the nearby branches.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is POOR planning and stock control and they are definately NOT prepared for the new season.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can they not be prepared for the change in seasons?</p>
