Pathetic staff behavior

I was at Pep Cell (Pep 4860) at 14h55 on Tuesday 11/04/2023 for Paxi services. When I approach cashier ( Philisiwe) I tell her I'm here to courier she gave me a courier bag which she said I should open it myself they are now not allowed to open for customers of which then I understood. While opening the bag she asked for my ID I gave it to her when she was finished with putting my order on to system she just put my ID book on the counter on her side, I had to ask her if we are finished as I thought maybe she is still gonna use my ID since it's on her side of counter. She just said "we are finished" I had to take my ID take the slip and go, I left the plastic bag on the counter. While going out other cashier called me "sorry sis please take the plastic outside" I ask isn't the store have bins at the back, she tells me bins are full I must take this plastic outside. I then refused because 1. The way she called me out for a plastic that was used inside the store, 2. Store supposed to have bins inside since the store generate waste papers. 3. Their customer service is pathetic, where I use to shop when you finished with customer's belongings like ID book you take it back and give the customer let the customer know you are finished.

The attitude they both gave me left so many unanswered questions, I'm asking myself if it was someone else would they even have guts to tell a client to take the "store waste plastic" outside.

I'm future please do train the staff to treat customers with respect and dignity.
