Pathetic services PEP CELL

Rude ****** I brought a cellphone back that I haven't even had for a year and the screen is lifting. Uhm, excuse me you can't get a phone repaired and wait 6 weeks when the phone isn't even a year old...the customer is supposed to get a new phone, it's supposed to be refund. And if your business has no copy or proof of payment why should it be our problem? Dont you deal with your finances.? And how rude the ladies were to us and ******. I AM SORRY! I WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS! THIS IS PATHETIC AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!
