Pathetic service PEP 8287 Richards Bay Plaza

I went to PEP in Richards Bay Plaza.

Cashiers just stood and look at me as if I am a stature. No one bothered to check what I needed as I stood where parcels are being checked in for PAXI. This has happened several times, the first time I wanted to post a parcel I had to fight to get assisted. In this shop P8287 PEP RICHARDS BAY PLAZA, there is only one person who works and never loose heart in serving customers, that is a guy by the name of Lucky. Since today he was not there, the old excuse came back. Three ladies that were cashiers said the system is offline, which I doubted given the fact that no one was eager to assist me.

Please train people or allocate people that know how to treat customers in front.

This happened several times hence I’ve decided to report.
