pathetic service i have received form Pep store in New town

<p>So sad that i had to go to 5 Pep stores and to be told they are offline to send money and i left. Went to the 6 pep store i was requested for a pep card i explain i left it at home, i was told they need it to send money i the for ask if they wont be able to assist me without it i was told yes n send to the next teller who gave me a new card n number to dial i did that n requested to be helped as i didnt know what to select but the girl just looked at me and call the next customer i was puzzled n waited n she call the next customer i said to her can i pls be assisted no 1 responded n the so called supervisor was sitting in the office chatting to the other cahier. i left to avoid making noise but i have to admit they service is pathetic and annoying and they dont have sense of urgency.</p>
