Pathetic service

I went to Elspark to send a parcel to Tongaat via your stores. They checked the app and it said there is no Tongaat outlet whereas my friend bought airtime there this morning at Pep in Tongaat. I stood there 30 minutes, wasted my airtime calling the call centre and petrol going to that store for NOTHING.
