Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I went to Pep in Constancia Kloof shop nr 16 to use the delivery service. The lady took her time told me she was busy. When I asked her can't you do what you are doing after you have helped me as a customer she said no. I waited a full 30 min before she decided I was worthy of the help. I went there to post a phone I had bought the previous day at the very same pep store. The lady's name is Nonhlanhla. She was rude and unpolite to deal with. The she rudely says if it breaks during delivery it's not their problem because the delivery company throws the items they don't care if the items being delivered are fragile or not. This now ****ed me off to the nearest.....
