Pathetic service at Pep Jabulani Mall!

I am very disappointed in Pep stores Jabulani Mall for the ill treatment I received today. I arrived at the store at 17:47pm and their trading hours are clearly marked as 9am to 6pm, but their door was shut. I asked the security guard to please call the manager for me to explain why they closed before time and he gave me a run around telling me the manager is at the back. I have since been standing outside Pep and the staff members keep peeping at me with laughs as if I am not normal. No one has bothered to come to me to explain
