Pathetic service at Pep

Bought a smart watch at Pep Checkers mall in Polokwane, took the watch back because the battery was not lasting. The cashiers there told me to leave it since they are technicians and they will look at it using another employee's phone on the battery performance. It's two weeks now and haven't heard from them. Their service is pathetic
