Pathetic service and incompetence

Went to Pep store in Diepkloof square yesterday to buy a phone and the horrible service we recieved is shocking to say the least ,we were taken back and forth and had to wait forever to be assisted and what made matters worse is we were sold a device without being told there is no charger we needed to buy a c to c charger head and to our surprise we only realised there is only a cable inside the box there's not even a pin to open the SIM card holder you guys are truly bs#ting your customers and it's truly annoying had we known seeing that we bought the device cash we would have gone elsewhere I even have a great mind to return the device and get my refund back because what do you call this really ?
