Pathetic service and behaviour of staff

Have been to the PEP in VR MALL in Gauteng. Needed something to be posted to Vereeniging. Firstly the staff attitude sucked and the service pathetic. When my colleague received her parcel it was opened. We had it sealed with a sealing machine. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. We sent an email to complain about it and no one has gotten back to me. Even the service and behaviour of staff at Greenstone Mall PEP IS PATHETIC. They need to go for proper training. It's sad. They should be thankful they have a job because of us. I would like this matter to be attended to.
