Pathetic Service

ShopLyttelton Shopping Centre, Cantonments Rd, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, 0157 Tinah is the name of the teller , wat a sad pathetic situation . her attitude the manor she was responding she even went to say i have an attitude she is saying this with one hand in the pocket . Non Chalant, no care in the world and she carries on to laugh with the staff while am waiting there waiting my my issue to be resolved. So i went into the store and wanted to send a parcel to be delivered by Friday , i ask her if that is possible before i hand in my parcel because if not then i will make alternative , she tell me it will be delivered tomorrow Tuesday , or latest Friday , i go ahead and Pay for the fast delivery as advised, 5mns later the receiver sends me a message that the delivery will be Monday following week , i go back to the store and tell them i have to cancel cause i have just been misled , she tells ,me it all depends to the courier . i mean i asked you all this bf purchase ,after that all went to hell , everyone in that shop needs Training and actually we should not have such people serving any customer , non apologetic , not moved and telling me i will not get a refund cause i have already paid for the courier , that is day light ******* , i want my refund . u give me false information and am the one who is loosing out how does it work . I need the Area manager or Regional manager cause everyone in that store is pathetic and useless to say the least .the manager is on sick leave the supervisor has no authority , they all laughing and having a good time while am standing there frustrated and wondering how did i just got ****med money in 5mns , I need my Refund . you can contact me on *** or *** . i have never seen such service in my whole adult life . its like their ****a shop and they don't care about a client at all . This is happening on the Tuesday morning cause i had to stop the parcel from bein delivered , am supposed to be at work at 8.had to wait there till 8:30 to be treated like a small child who doesn't understand that its their fathers shop and they don't give a **** about their mistake and waiting my time .
