Pathetic Service

On Friday 2019-11-01 I purchased a dstv decoder at Pep store Charlotte Maxeke street Bloemfontein.(Old Maitland street). I lost the receipt and returned to the store on Monday 2019-11-04. Pinkie Moeti reprinted the receipt and it didn't have the installation number on it but shows that I paid R349 separately for installation. She informed me that there was nothing she could do. I asked to return the decoder and she said she would need the receipt I lost. I asked for an exchange and she refused. She became irritated with me and told me there was nothing pep could do for me. I would have to pay for installation again. She told me to go to multichoice, maybe they will help me. Multichoice (RF technologies)tried their best to assist me but because the installation number is generated by Pep's system they could not help me. Rf technologies spoke to Pinkie telephonically in my presence and explained that they needed to give me the installation number. Pinkie said that she was unable to assist me. I've spent over 4 hours trying to resolve this problem and my boss is on my case because I haven't returned to work.

Wow. This is extremely frustrating. I was on the phone with multichoice for about half an hour. Consultant told me he does not know what to do but he will ask his supervisor to call me back when he is done with his call. That was over an hour ago. So I guess I paid R799.00 for nothing since no one knows how to get this resolved
