Pathetic Service

I went to PEP at Lakeside Mall after seeing a top at Atlas Mall which I really liked, but they did not have my size. I found the top at Lakeside, but it had been exchanged and therefore, the price was no longer attached to it. At the till, they told me that they would phone Atlas Mall for the price as they did not have any more of the tops either. After waiting for 20 min, the cashier came back to the till and said that they did not answer the phone at Atlas Mall. She then rang the top up for R89,99. I don't know where she got the amount from. I told her the top was a "hot deal", the red tag was still visible, and cost R54,99. After waiting for over half an hour, I was then told to go to Atlas Mall, get an SKU number, return to Lakeside and they would keep the top for me! What appalling sevice. How can PEP have items in the shop that they cannot sell? How can cashiers invent their own prices? This is the worst service I have ever had from shop. Is PEP going to pay my petrol while I drive around Benoni doing their job of pricing items? What happened to customer service? I was supporting you, PEP. Your job is to provide the goods and my job is to give you money. It is unacceptable that I am expected to drive around fetching prices for the item. Any other store would have made a plan or delivered the top to Atlas Mall. Shame on you.
