PATHETIC SERVICE

My husband and I wanted to purchase at pair of toddler boys sneakers priced at R39 . When scanned at the cash desk, priced showed R89, however I would believe what I see is what I pay for. The manager was called and I accompanied her to the back where she said a wrong mark down sticker was placed, my husband followed. The manageress showed absolutely no interest in helping us or even trying to assist, she was arrogant and rude. My husband tried to speak to her so he could understand, he is a manager in retail so he knows full well a customer comes first and is always right. After having a total don't care attitude, some of the floor staff follow along with her and start screaming and shouting at us. It was such a horrible experience because my son was with us. He was so scared and absolutely shaken up because the one sales lady wanted to attack my husband. I personally think she wanted to create a scene so that it would be a fault of us. She then pulled out her phone and began shoving the camera in my husbands face, my son was right there so my husband pushed her hand out of his face. I did not appreciate the scene caused. The manageress behavior, was disgusting, she watched the whole ordeal and did not even ask her staff to calm down. It was pathetic, and embarrassing to say the least. We had gone to purchase in the store and that is the service we received!! I will never go back to Pep Westwood Mall Durban. I guess if anyone has a problem best not take it up with staff or management there because it would turn into something very upsetting. Disgusted to the core!!!
