Pathetic service

Very poor service one cashier on till management and other staff standing by door talking their personal instead off attending to clients in the queue. When I eventually got to cashier I am told with attitude that there's no network. As we walk out the store unhappy the manager did not even bother to find out as she was sitting at the door what happened.
