Pathetic service

The service is terrible at Pep store in Thlabane Rustenburg', more 15 people queuing for 2 tellers who take more than 10 mins to serve one customer. Worse thing is non of the staff members care to explain why only two tellers or encourage the customer to be patient. Pathetic service
