Pathetic service

Good day

I'm typing this with so much disappointment. On Saturday I purchased pants from pep stores not realising I took a wrong size. Today I went to the store for a exchange I was told they can't as I have damaged the label ???. What upsets me is 1of the ladies that was assisting took the pants to 1 of the rooms then came back to say the manager says they won't exchange the pants. I find this so funny that I didn't even see the manager that rejected my exchange.
