PATHETIC SERVICE

Came to Pep Stores Claremont branch in lunch hour, with only 2 cashiers. Paid lay-buy & waited 40 MINS as they couldnt find my packet, when i decided to cancel, MARTHA the Manager, doesnt greet or apologise for waisting my time,then cashier gives me incorrect refund. By this time que has gone 2 meters long and still only 2 cashiers<br> DISGUSTED at this store. They will NEVER see me again i wont support the store any longer
