Pathetic Service

I was collecting my 2 parcels from Protea Glen Pep Stores A lady by the name of Samu assisted me ,she gave me a pathetic service whereby she told me I need to que with people that came to buy clothes at the shop and not special,I spend more than 30min on that que.I was not there to buy but to do collection, I think it's so unfair for me to be on que for something that I didn't come for,The lady was giving me attitude and I feel that system they using it's not on.She need to be thought customer service and manners on how to talk to the customers.She has to go to training since I realized she doesn't know how to treat customer and she made deal with her attitude, they were so many couriers prior to you guys but with the business that we supporting it won't work eventually because of employees like Samu.Please do something about her or you going to loose a lot of customers because of her
