Pathetic Service

I was 21st of august in your parow PEP Cell store and i asked Lucinda that helped me at the time if she can 2 samsung pocket neo out for me till the following Thursday the 27th August, she told me that they will but she wont be here i just have to ask for simone she will keep it aside. i could not get to the store on Thursday and i asked my girlfriend to phone the store just to tell them to keep it another day ill make an effort to get to the store. she spoke to simone again over the phone and she confirmed that its fine they will keep it aside. my girlfriend and myself get to the store and a lady who does not have her name badge on told me that they only have 5 Samsung pocket left and that i cannot laybuy the 2 phones and only laybuy 1. i am not happy with how this situation went. i would understand if they told me last week or even yesterday that we were not allowed to do this but i was rudely just said she cant and simone denies everything and tell me that she is not allowed to touch the phones . no effort was put in to assist us further and and get us helped. i also work in retail and my first priority is to keep my customer happy. i am very upset with the service i recieved
