Pathetic Pep Stores

Pep stores is very pathetic. Ive done a money transfer at Pep.Send all the details to the receiving person. When the person want to withdraw funds it said transaction not authorise I the try to withdraw got the same message .Went back to Pep Middelbrg EC. I've tried to withdraw ... No luck . At Pep they ask me to call the call centre. I had to buy airtime to call the call centre. The lady at the call centre pick up an attitude with me about my money said money is availible and ask to talk to the cashier at Pep Middelburg with my airtime only to tell me that I must try at Shoprite.Going to Shoprite also no luck .I went back to Pep talk to the manager who told me I have to wait 7 days for my money. Im at that stage now that I've made peace with the fact that I've lost my money .I see this as a **** how many people had lost money like this ?
