Terrible service from pep Stores South Africa. I would like to congratulate Pep Stores for losing a R12000 sale today. No service from 2 stores in Nigel and Heidelberg and even worse service from the head office in Cape Town ***. Phone rang for how long and when answered you could hear the laziness and extreme exhaustion in the voice of a very irritated consultant. Pathetic, will direct my purchase to a different name and brand. Someone willing to assist.
