Pathetic customer service

On the 5th February, I was in Pep Blue route mall and both myself and other customers received terrible customer service from the cashiers.

It was around 10:35 and I saw an elderly gentleman waiting, I had no idea at that stage he was waiting for a supervisor. I stood in the queue and there was one cashier who then screamed across the floor for someone to assist her. The queue then started moving, I went to return a pants and purchase some goods. The cashier proceeded to carry on with my transaction knowing that she needed an override from a supervisor, she then started saying override override and noone came. I asked where the supervisor was and she said oh in the room with G4 counting the money. The elderly gentleman then asked how long will the supervisor be, because he had also been waiting for a while. I asked how long she would be and if they could call her again, to which they proceeded to bang on the door and say, " Aunty Hildy override please and that the customers are getting ongeduldig." This was all in front of us, when I asked if they could cancel she said she cannot she needs a supervisor to override and she cannot return my pants without the supervisor. I said I have a meeting in 15 minutes and I need to get going so I have to go. The cashiers starting moaning to each other, oh it's going to be a long day today.

I asked again for the override but to no avail. I had to walk out the store because I cannot lose my job because the supervisor was in the room with G4 and no other supervisor there. I had to leave my son's pants that I paid for on the counter which I have now lost that money.

The cashier could of warned me before starting the transaction that the supervisor was otherwise engaged. She knew full well and yet they talk about customers in front of their faces and moan to each other. They could of called me later to say they will keep my pants aside because I had to write all my details on the slip but they didn't think to do that either.
