Pathetic Customer Service

I visited the PEP Stores Lynridge Mall in Pretoria East. It took 20/30 minutes to get my items ringed as they kept calling for an override due to it been sale items. When i got home , i noticed they still charged me incorrectly on an item, so i had to drive back there. I then waited for a further 15/20 minutes just to get refunded. It was pathetic as well as the store manager. They were laughing and speaking in a different language as if it were my fault. They then wanted to keep my original till slip for which i had other items. There were other people in the queue as well that complained. The store manager and the cashier did not give a damn about customer service, so disgusting that they don't respect their jobs/customers in these difficult economic times.
