Pathetic, arrogant, unhelpful cashier and manager

Purchased some items and went home to find that the notebook I bought was not packed. The cashier was too busy talking to her friend and not interested in serving customers. Another guy who was next to her was also too busy doing other things instead of manning the tills. Eventually, when I was tired of waiting and she managed to drag herself away from her friend, she cashed for my items. However, she was very disinterested and not concentrating. Worse was the manageress, Phili. When I went home and phoned, they refused to pick up the phone cos it was closing time. I kept calling and when she did pick it up, she said they were already closed and she would only attend to it in the morning. When I insisted that she talk to the cashier and check whether she found the book lying on the counter, she said she would call me back. She didn't and is probably cheerfully driving home with the cheap book in her bag! The staff at this branch has always been rude and uninterested in clients. I will NEVER go back to this branch again. The price of the item is low, but that doesn't mean they can help themselves to other people's things and be get away with it. Pep staff is terrible.
