Pathetic and slow service

Pathetic courier service from PAXI. After tracking the parcel online it was delivered to PEP Randburg at 4:30 pm on the 13th. At 1pm the next day I went to collect it, no sms had been sent. They confirmed that they had it but they would not release it until they had the sms. The sms was eventually sent 11pm last night, a full 30 hours after it had arrived in store. In this era of speedy and efficient logistics, this is a disgrace.
