PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS SECURITY SYSTEMS

On the 1st of May 2019 i visited Pep Store in Park Central Shopping Center where i was ******, they actually cut my bag and took my phone maybe i was lucky enough that they did not take everything that was on my bag.

when i asked the store manager to pull the camera records, she told me that the cameras do not reach the back side of the store its only installed on the front side where tills are. So my Question to that is Someone can just go to the store and ***** whatever they want because the store doesn't have cameras at the back? that's actually NONSENSE and means that PEP doesn't care at all about the safety of their customer's.

As we speak now i don't have a phone and have to pay for the remaining months of the contract due to RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC SECURITY SYSTEMS YOUR STORE HAVE.
