pathetic

Monday morning i went to Pep N1 city to post a parcel for my child's graduation clothes , and the lady gave me options dates and prices were different ,i paid R99 for the parcel to be delivered in 3 days latest 5 days and i didn't choose other options like 5/7/10 days for a reason because the graduation is today 02.12.2018. guess what!7 days later the parcel is still not in PE. and the graduation is TODAY, my baby is crying her lungs out and phoning me asking about her attire, and i look like a n *********** mother who cant take care of the only child that she has, i dont have time to go to Pep and query that now, and i dont have money for them to buy exactly what i bought now they need to go to a cheap store and buy very cheap things for my baby to wear were as i went all out to buy things for my baby..i am so disappointed in Pep, but not only disappointed but angry and embarrassed and my baby will never trust me again because of Pep..is this how you treat your customers? i need this resolved and very quick.
