Parow Centre Pepcell Cashier Rude

Today (30/06/2020) around 13:20 I went to Pepcell in Parow Centre to exchange a charging cable as the charger pin was too big for my cellphone I bought the cable in that store.

When I went into the store today I found two ladies and I told them I came to exchange the USB the lady called Vuyolwethu was so rude to me she doesn't have any customer service s****s she didnt even want to exchange the item she was very rude if she continues with that attitude you will surely lose customers in that store.I was very disgusted with her attitude.

Thanks to the other lady who was with her she was so helpful didnt get her name..
