Parcell "missing" PEP and PAXI

Good day. I want to share a very bad experience we had with Pep and Paxi couriers. We send a parcel from Pep in Fochville to be send to Village Mall Pep stores Hartbee****rt. We received proof that Pep in Fochville received the parcel. After weeks still nothing received. Paxi call centre only called to say " parcell is missing". Did anyone had the same experience with them? We are certainly not going to accept this here!!! My parcrl has been ******... please share this....
