Parcel not received, calls answered and put on hold, pathetic service,

I am so disappointed in pep paxi services. People have been complaining about parcels being lost or pep workers *****ing their parcels and sending an empty parcel bag to the receiver such pathet****mers!!! Today its me!! I have received a parcel from a friend and estimated delivery was on the 11th February till to date i still haven't received my parcel when i call their landline to inquire they just put me on hold for the whole 30 minutes until i decide to disconnect the call. They definitely know what they have done with my parcel. Pathetic people that feed off people's stuff. Nonsense!!!
