Parcel

I sent my husband to send a parcel on my behalf and today I received an SMS that my parcel has been lost. The cashier didn't tell him about the insurance or explain more about the situation . I called them today, and they told me my husband should call them for a R500 claim while I spent R1300 including the plastic to send the package. All I want is my money not R500.
