Paper vouchers

Disgusted with Pep services. The paper vouchers they give fade and then they have a nerve to tell you sorry your money is lost because they can’t scan barcode or read digits. Why give till paper as vouchers and expect it to last. This is so unacceptable. Please don’t ever purchase pep vouchers
