OVHD Product not been replaced but Charge Extra

Good morning yesterday I was at Pep stores opposite Livingston Hospital Port Elizabeth Stanford Quarter An Ovhd was board within the warranty return to the store Now you must pay up R100 more then the original price

As per the Consumer Protection Act The Store must replace the faulty unit without charging the consumer any Extra if the Store increase their price it must not affect the exchange policy on the unit

They supposed to Exchange the unit for a new unit but instead they charge extra R100 because the increase their Price Spoke to Natasha of Pep stores which she try to assist which I informed her that this is not suppose to happen Her Reply is that Head office is busy She will inform her Regional Manager

Now my expenses is not only R100 Inconvenience Pep Stores You will send me a written apology and make sure you will be there for your Customers Are interested in the service or of good governance Then you must act on it
