ovhd pep

i bought an ovhd decoder at pep in eldorado park however we came to find out that the decoders hardware was faulty and we also lost the slip. i went to the store and spoke to a manager which then assisted me very helpful lady then she did a re slip and they confirmed we bought it there now the problem with pep is there are now out of stock and i have to wait for them to get stock i think this is outrages because how is it my fault they not making a plan to get the ovhd for me as it is a hardware problem pep is not customer friendly in going the extra mile here so they either phone the supplier and advise them to get me a ovhd or give me a refund so i can go buy another one ****ed off client
