I just want to give a HUGE thanks to the following PEP employees for outstanding service under unconventional circumstances - we needed large amounts of a certain item with only limited stock locally. Chandre at Head Office spent her valuable time helping me track down which branches had the stock I need and gave me the phone numbers and branch managers names so I could arrange for them to hold the stock. Rashida at branch 5509 Randburg Square held her stock and personally collected more stock from Balfour to help me get enough together and make the trip to Jhb quicker. Thank you Rashida for your friendly and professional service - you went an extra 10 miles, not just 1! Julia at Kwagga branch 5520, also arranged to have a staff member collect additional stock from Attridgeville and hold it for me until we could collect.
