Outstanding service by manager at New pep store chatsworth center

Due to the looting in July 2021 my parcel from pep paxi was on hold and after couple weeks re routed to Chatsworth center new pep stores, the staff there a lady in particular (not sure what her name was) was not helpful at all, I needed to pick up my parcel but could not make it on the date given due to work, she insisted I come same day to pick it or else they would send it right back were it came from, with much frastrating and debate I managed to speak to the manager such a polite lady who told me it's okay she will punch in my details and keep it aside as to when Im available I can come through, we honestly need more people who goes the extra mile to look after customers. #WIN
